Ring of Fire cast by monsters has no damage indicators that I can see in chat log, etc

    Title: Ring of Fire cast by monsters has no damage indicators that I can see in chat log, etc
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: ROF cast by monsters was doing damage to me (pretty sure) but there was no indicator of said damage on screen that I noticed.
    Steps to Reproduce: Get ring of fire cast on you by the mages here - watch for damage in chat log, etc.. I didn't see any.
