    There are +5 Alchemy, +5 Enchanting, +5 Carpentry Mastery, etc rings. I think the BMC ring is the only +% ring, the rest are +5 Skill Level. Havent seen a smelting yet, but there is +5 Blacksmithing / Blacksmith Mastery

    +5 meticulous collection skill would only give you +1% meticulous chance. The ring, as it is, is much better.
