Roadside Encounter Audio

I was pulled into a roadside encounter outside of upper tears while listening to cattle decapitations " Burden Of Seven Billion" when i started hearing game audio all of a sudden, which i knew was wrong because my games master volume was muted! I started adjust all sound channels to see if I could catch the audio some how but it didn't work. The the sound i was receiving was howling winds...
