Roaming quests hard and easy but no medium

I've found that they are either way too easy or way too difficult.

The harder skeleton ones its very hard to pull one away from the group, if you agro one they all agro mostly because they are all bunched up around the sarcophagus.

The harder bandit ones they are spread across encounter but regardless of range you agro one most others agro and run accross map to attack in group.
