Room Lich and Encounter 3: questions

I would like to have the room "Stone Encounter Room Lich (The Fall)" in my dungeon, it is the room that consumes 1 point (no large, no boss). I have some questions about it.
Does this room have liches encounters (placing a lich totem) or does it not have any encounters at all?
Does this room really exist? I've been searching for four days in player stores and I haven't found the recipe, the blueprint, or the crafted room.

I'd also like to know what kind of creatures appear in the "Stone Dungeon Room Spawned (Random Encounter 3)" room. I've seen a guide that says kobolds appear in encounter 1 and liches appear in encounter 2, but it doesn't indicate which creatures appear in encounter 3. Maybe elves appear?

Some dungeon rooms have spawn version and a deco version. Only the spawn version accept totem.

I remember the fall has 3 or 4 blueprints. Throne room is a room with orange glazing color. It spawn lich when you place the lich totem. The other lich room is the same as the one drop in the rish, which also spawn lich. Other blueprints does not have a spawn version right now.

Elf totem can be placed in the rise library room or the rise dog room

You may convert most no-spawned room to spawned one using smelting station with the followings:
- No spawn room
- 1 stone chisel
- 500 coto

But I think buying a spawned one is much cheaper than using coto to convert it to a spawn version
