Root spell from Sand Elemental has this blue color

    Title: Root spell from Sand Elemental has this blue color
    Reproduction Rate: 1/1
    Blocker?
    Details: While getting rooted by a Sand Elemental, I noticed the color of the Root spell from them was showing this blue color. Like a shader is missing?
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to a location with Sand Elementals and get rooted. Note the blue color on the spell vfx (See pic).
