Rough stone tile not laying down flat on the ground

    Details: Not sure if this qualifies as a bug but at this location under the front steps of the house I have placed a tile but it hovers over the ground just a bit.
    Steps to Reproduce: Place a tile under the steps of a house like this. The tile wants to try to stack on the steps I think.
