    Not sure if its been mentioned before (its VERY difficult to find things on the forums), but why are all of the windows on Row Houses boarded up? Even occupied row homes have this issue and it looks terrible. Low priority of course, so many other things need fixing, but was wondering why this happened? It didnt use to be like this.

    They close automatically to help with rendering of the zone.

    I agree, they would look nicer with side opening shutters.
