Row Prison 5-story basement : where to see?

Can anyone tell me where one might check out the new row prison basement? Either a hint of where to find it in hometown or a user that has it open for gawkers?

I believe the 2 story basement is under the row prison home in Hometown.

The 5 story version will have 3 more floors of exactly the same thing.

Hello there my friend. In Wizards Rest Fei has one. @Fei Akhart . I just love it. Not necessarily for me but it is really neat.

 

I think that I bought this basement in Northwood, but I think that there are more towns that sell it.
