Royal Founder and Founder Armor Pieces Durability not restoring

If you buy a BMW in the game, is it ok for the developers to change it to a Volswagon?

    I have some Royal Founders gear I noticed today that has max durability less than 100, when I went to go use a gold crown of obsidian to complete the major repair it did not restore it too 100....
    My bracers and my boots both have this problem. Please let me know if this is correctable.

    Since this is reward gear for my pledge, I'm not sure why the max durability would change? This seems like a bug.... ?????
