Running fast causes light spell to get stuck way behind me

    Title: Running fast causes light spell to get stuck way behind me.
    Reproduction Rate: More often than not.
    Blocker? No but it's very annoying.
    Details: When I use Sprint (+1.9 move speed) together with Dash (+3.7 move speed), the Light spell will more often than not get stuck far behind when I stop. I personally feel that the light spell should just remain directly over my head and not lag behind when I run. BTW, this is a very old bug. I bugged it many times in the past.
    Steps to Reproduce: See "Details" and the screenshot below.
