    Title: Salvaging & Patters Kobald Hammers & Elven Woodwind Longbows
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: Since R40, with a Carpentry Salvage skill of 90+, after Savaging HUNDREDS of Kobald hammers & Elven Woodwind Longbows, No a single patter has been obtained. Please check to ensure that these patters are indeed appearing. Carpentry Salvage skills seem to be having Zero affect.
    Steps to Reproduce: Salvage items that are dropped in game.

    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor (8) System RAM: 32696
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti GPU RAM: 994

    i have seen both those patterns on the public vendor at owl's head, so someone's getting them.
