Salvaging Takes To Long

    I went and collected a load of swords. It took way to long to salvage them.

    Have you optimised your procedure? I find it reasonably quick. Just drag the item to salvage over, click salvage, then drag the scrap away, leaving the tool in place for the next item. Yes, it is monotonous. Would you prefer to do them all in one hit? That would be nice, but there may be good reasons why they don't support that. It might make exploits too easy, for example, or maybe they want to limit the amount of scrap in the economy.

    just added tech for different timed crafting, and next will be so that you can do bulk crafting, itll just be a really long timer.

    yeah it takes about 3-4 seconds on a timer now to salvage, so it is slower than the old method.

    Should be 1-1.5 seconds or no time at all, like it used to be. Learn the lessons of all other MMO's.
    Reduce the time as you skill up, not the other way around, and salvaging should be instant. No one wants to waste time waiting on salvaging. :|

    Or at least let us do more than one at a time, so we can go grab some drinks and snacks while the salvaging is happening.

    I like being able to queue up crafting multiple items in games like EverQuest II. Make 10 ingots and then make a sword, then all you need to do is pay attention for events (popup to add materials for crits, possibly add a tool to prevent failure, etc).

    I'm assuming this fix is just to change the timer back, since we havn't introduced multiple item crafting (yet?)
