    Title: Sanctus Spine: The Caster of Amontillado.

    Details: At that location in Sanctus Spine, I encountered a Kolbold caster who was stuck in the wall. He was able to shoot at me. However, the wall proved too formidable of a foe for me to return fire.
    Steps to Reproduce:Go to the location in Sanctus Spine. Look for a Kolbold stuck in the stonework.
