    Title: Sand Elementals casting Fire Arrow, Fireball and Drain life
    Reproduction Rate: 10%

    Details: I killed few sand elementals in the Wyrmsands today, some of them were heavly spamming spells, seems odd
    Steps to Reproduce: Tried to encounter more sand elementals, only 2 out of 12 have been using these spells so far
