Savage Sonata Casting and Stacking Time

    1. Title: Savage Sonata Casting and Stacking Time
    2. Reproducible? Yes
    3. Blocker? Makes it painful to even bother stacking for higher buff
    4. Details: Not sure if Savage Sonata was meant to stack by holding the card until a 5 charge, but I have been doing so for months. Now it's incredibly slow and it takes 1 minute 15 seconds to charge and another 10 seconds to cast. It used to be the same speed as Anthem of Alacrity at 15 seconds to 5 charge and about 3 seconds to cast.
