Scout will not take Arcane Catalysts

    2. Reproduction Rate:100%
    3. Blocker?Yes
    4. Details:Scout appears to sit down when window opens to give Arcane Catalysts. Then window closes and Scout will no longer open the window until you zone in and out, then rinse and repeat all over again,including other sieges.
