searching emote (spoiler)

    Hello Avatars,

    I'm searching the Elf, who can teach me the emote whittle.

    The Release 43 instructions says:
    /whittle emote: This animation looks like the avatar is carving a small piece of wood. SPOILER: Ennius (“Elf Whittler” until you ask his name) in Blood River Outskirts will teach this to you.

    Can anybody tell me, where I find the Elf Ennius?
    I can't find him in Blood River Outskirts.
