    Converting to common equity would likely require that Port go public which I can't see happening. I didn't see and mention of offering dividends, and since the majority of common stock holders are also employees I can't see why they'd ever need to offer them.

    When I saw Richard start talking about the seedvesting, I was not surprised. A few month ago, I had made the comment about I would like to see their financials because of all the visible cost, but now seeing this, regardless of my background this only means two things... They are running out of money or they are really wanting to kick it up a notch, but to me this is probably not the right way to go in my book... I just hope the project does not colapse and if it does maybe a saving grace could be to get a single player offline out the door...anyways, below was my post..

    The other thing I am going to add, is I am expecting players like myself to lose financial interest because seeing stuff like this to those who understand what it means paints a negative outcome. At this point they really need to show us some type of financials before it spooks to many investors, because anyone we had given them $5 and above is an investor and has a stake in the game (no pun intended).

    I got a response from seedinvest. They are looking into the issue that only US based accounts can be used for payment.
