Details: I have already spoken to everyone in Solace Bride Outskits and have spoken to Private Garridon but this quest is still active.
Steps to Reproduce: When you enter the Solace Bridge Outskirts (the first time default location), based off the quests description, he was supposed to be the "First" Guard you see but he isn't. I proceeded to the camp and talked to everyone, and then finally spoke to Private Garridon. After speaking to him, the quest did not clear. Also speaking to him again on every topic still will not clear this quest.

If there is something you would like me to try to see if it will clear, I'd be happy to try.

Details: Same problem. I can find the NPC but am not able to complete this quest. I am doing the quest chain after resetting quest status in this patch.

I think I know why this this broken. If you play as a Ranger, you are immediately sent to Private Garridon when you enter. If you are not, you just go to the default loading location (of which, you do not at first speak to Private Garridon). Just noticed this on playing Offline.
