Serpent's Spine Mines - Torch not lighting up

    Details: At loc 78.0, -38.0, 29.1) inside Serpents Spine Mines is a Torch. When I try to enable it i get the flicking a switch animation from my avatar, but the torch aint lighting up.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to the torch, doubleclick or push e
