Setting titles do not persist

    Title: Setting titles do not persist
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? No

    Details:
    When you set a title for you character in offline mode, changing scene or quitting/reloading won't save wich title was set.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    - Set a title (outlander for instance)
    - Enter/Leave a town or
    - Quit game and resume play

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16320
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 GPU RAM: 2017
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.511.Date.11.21.16
