    Details: Etceter still shows in my task list, but the cloak was given. Yes I know I haven't been playing lately =)

    Steps to Reproduce:
    I started on Isle of Storms (just playing w/ the Lunar rift didn't know about the quest) and found the tour guide. Then went to Brookside (love the fog), Owl's Head, Westend, then Brittany, and then it gave me the cloak.
