Shield of Air focus transfer ratio increased by 30%

    Details: When using the same exact gear on QA as Live, I see a difference in my shield of air tooltip. On Live servers, I get 1 focus transfer ratio on shield of air. On QA I get 1.3 focus transfer ratio on shield of air. If this was intended, please add to release notes.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Look at tooltip of shield of air on Live server
    2. Look at tooltip of shield of air on QA server

    I just now noticed this ... Shield of Air was broke for so long I got out of the habit of using it. But I had need to use it again, and it has been reduced. Feels kind of like a sneaky nerf. Was this also OP?
    I know we signed on to help test the game, but how about some communication?
