Shield of Air no change any damage

At R27, the "Shield of Air" just have increase air attunement , no transfer any damage
Please check and fix this error,thanks

 

Yes, I have had a few battles where Shield of Air does not transfer the damage to focus. I'm not sure at this point what conditions cause this to happen. I will keep testing.

 

When the earth element attacking me, the shield of air has normal effect
but the Large red spider attacking me, the shield of air no has any effect

 

I can not figure out what's causing this. I went into Deep Ravenswood and Shield of air failed to work for the first 4 elder wolves I fought. Then suddenly it started working again and worked while fighting wolves, spiders, bears, and skeletons.
Edit: Does not work at all in PvP

Nope. It just doesn't transfer the damage to focus. Damage takes away from health like the shield is not even there. Had about 10 PvP battles yesterday and Shield of Air didn't work for any of them.

 

I have the same problem with shield of air. It doesn't seem to matter about area difficulty or how difficult the mob is. Sometimes leaving the area or relogging works. Usually it starts working after the character dies and is resurrected but not always.

If I switch from multiplayer to friend online, air shield seems to work. (suggested by Teddy numba 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
