Shield of Ice / Fortify Defenses / Glancing Blow (Bug)

    Sup,

    For the test follow the order.

    1: Use Glancing Blow + Fortify Defenses = OK
    2: Use Glancing Blow + Fortify Defenses + Shield of Ice = SOI Replace Fortify Defenses
    3: Fortify Defenses + Shiel of Ice = OK
    4: Fortify Defenses + Shiel of Ice + Glancing Blow = GB Replace Fortify Defenses

    Conclusion: With Shiel of Ice you are not hable to use both skills.

    Is this how it suppose to be ? please review.

    This is by design, it was changed (nerfed) a while back so you could only stack two of these.
