Shield of Ice

    I've been training up shield of ice so that I might temporarily raise my fire resist for certain encounters. During the process of that I noticed that while I am getting the water attunement increase I'm not seeing any increase at all in my fire resistance.

    Is this an old known issue or is this something newish?
