    Title:Shippment for Braemar Bug
    Reproduction Rate:Always
    Blocker?No
    Details:I am to talk with the innkeeper at kingsport but the innkeeper will only open the trade indow, no way to talk with npc to finish quest!
    Steps to Reproduce:As stated above!
