    Everyone who completed the quest before 7:00 should now have prizes waiting for them in their inbox. Except for:

    Ponora Pon - Serafina about to mail them or may have already
    By Tor (You) because you two were actually one of the first 25. It was hectic and you may have missed my whisper to summon you and/or couldn't get in the scene. On it! Watch your mail!

    The devs dug out everyone who did the quest by the time the party began, and have awarded the prizes to all of us.
    Successfully whispering to Shooter wasn't necessary - in the end....... ;)
    Oh, and it wasn't a "number" is was a phrase....
