Shrekk

As part of the Courage quest line, we must enter Shrekk and speak with King Korabar. This part of the quest line really stood out to me because it's extremely difficult to get into the caverns of Shrekk, even at adventurer level 80! I think this needs to be looked at.

 

I can definitely say getting to the entrance was the hardest part of the entire quest chain, mainly due to the gunners. They do entirely too much damage. On the flip side though, someone could actually just help you get to the door and then you're home free for 100k experience.

This is in direct contrast to the Love line's ending where it was easy to arrive, not so easy to get through the last room lol...

I am Adv level 40 and I made it without dying.
When you enter Skrekk...

Spoiler: How to get into the Cavern's of Skrekk

RUN.
Just a few steps away is the shortcut through the spider 's cave.
Don't take that route. Just a little further on the right is a rock face cliff.
Jump up each rock quickly since a big bear will be chasing you by then.
When you get up about half way you can rest and then turn around and jump some more.
Don't stop at the top, there will be clockwork monkeys and kobolds to attack you.
RUN over the hill and down the other side just past the fallen tree.
Head toward the Cavern's of Skrekk entrace and run directly at the kobolds attacking you but when you get close.
DODGE them. Run up the stairs and to the door. CLICK it immediately and even if you are dying, you will enter.

Exiting is a lot easier LOL.

 

I think the NPC at the entrance is bugged since if you have the quest items to go on, you should not be attacked.

This spoiler worked for me as well.

 

If you complete the Courage Quest, it should be permanently changed (phasing?) since there is another reason to come back later.

 

I think the Op was referring to getting to the Caverns.
That is a 5 skull area and all of the creatures are way above my pay grade to get to the Caverns of Skrekk.
Once to the Caverns, things change as long as you are peaceful and have the items needed to continue.
