Significant FPS drop looking at Devotional Shrines

    Title: Significant FPS drop looking at Devotional Shrines
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: I can run around the Player Owned Town Crossroads with 60 FPS until I look at the Devotional Shrines. Around 20-25 FPS LOSS.
    Steps to Reproduce: Load into player owned town Crossroads. Look around, anywhere, with awesome frames. Run to the devotional shrines. Stare directly at devotional shrines in front of you. Sorry if this has been posted before, new to posting bugs - didn't see any other posts about this yet.
