Silent Movement tooltip not updating when using the heat system

When using a locked glyph for Silent Movement in the combat deck, the tool tip does not update to the correct stealth %

repro: Put Silent Movement into a locked slot, go into combat mode and charge Silent Movement using the heat system by holding down a key on the keyboard or mouse key bind, then mouse over the silent movement glyph in the combat deck or utility bar and the stealth % remains the same. For example mine is at 66.7% even though the 5 stack is 80%
