Skill Unlearn does not specify the percentage amount of XP returned

    Details: When deciding to unlearn a skill, the percentage of XP that is returned is not specified. Sometimes, a skill is set to 100% returned XP. But this is not mentioned in the unlearn option when selected. Players have no way of knowing how much percentage an XP unlearn is being returned.
    Steps to Reproduce: Click any skill to unlearn, see that the unlearn description does not state any percentage of the xp that will be returned.
