Skills Bar UI looks like it needs Washed

    I understand the need for speed and all by many, but how does making the Skill bar look dirty help?

    I think more it has been a trend Dirty Cloth items Rusty Armor and Pans... You see where I am going with this......

    I personally think the new Skills bar needs a bath....

    Top= Old Way Bottom = New Way

    I totally agree the graying out of the colors was done a bit too much. While I like to less border design.
