Skin texture issue plus hair issue

    Reproduction Rate: Consistent.
    Blocker? I am still able to play the game, however this issue does break immersion.
    Details: If I remove the heart of sorrows item my head goes bald. Whenever I use the Ring of cuttlekin my skin texture gets messed up.
    Steps to Reproduce:

    I have shown how to achieve and replicate this in this video recording.
