    Title: Skybox scrolling weird
    Reproduction Rate: Happening right now

    Details: See below
    Steps to Reproduce: Just look around and the sky scrolls in a non-normal way
    User Specs:
    OS: Mac OS X 10.13.6
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7600K CPU @ 3.80GHz (4) System RAM: 65536
    GPU: AMD Radeon Pro 580 GPU RAM: 8192

    Area: PRT_forest_metropolis_01/Brekken Bay

    Sky is doing some weird parallax scrolling just looking up from here.
