Smoke Burst emote delay for female avatars

    Title: Smoke Burst emote delay for female avatars
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: there is a large delay when female avatars use this emote, also it only seems to work properly from emote menu.
    Steps to Reproduce: buy and use it.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16328
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4058
