I like the smoke effect for fires, they're really quite nice - but they seem a bit overdone.

Braziers seem to be billowing out smoke, a little lighter/wispier might be nice, or maybe slower rising?

They seem more like chimneys than open-air fires! (If I can figure out videos I'd do that)

It' like you burn some wet wood or the Garden cut.

Last year i burned my cut and i couldnt see anything for about 5 minutes.
It was really Heavy. Now i live in a City not countryside and i then heared the fire Departements Alarm, i joked with my child and said, lets hope they dont come for us.
They came with 2 Companys and 10 people full Equiped and stormed my Garden :D

As much as it rains on Novia, ist not surprising that the wood is wet. o_O

Oh well I like it. To me it seems a bit medieval like perhaps the wood was a bit damp that you had to use on your brazier, you know not so perfect. ;) lol Oh I see someone else had that thought ;) ^^ Looks above ;)

 The smoke pollution free alternative?

Hmm... personally I like as much realism as we can get when it comes to a sterile looking world vs a more dirty natural look.

"But possibly turning it down a very small notch isn't a bad idea at all because more doesn't add anything to it" :)

I totally agree! I guess I didn't think of it as a big deal game-play wise, so I never posted about it. But yeah, the smoke seems to be too much, especially given the source of the fire, and it's upward momentum seems a bit fast. So, basically, less smoke and slower animation.
