    Details / Steps to Reproduce:
    Quest from Captain Kinsey to bring the medicine for sick refugee Marden.
    Visiting Alchemist Ackerley. First he asks for a favor: bringing him the Zombie Olfactory Gland.
    --> Defeating fresh Zombie.
    Again talking to Ackerley: Asking again about 'medicine' he hands us the medicine, although he heasn't received the Gland! (before he knows, we have it for him!)
