Solace Bridge Outskirts: Entering house while door is closed & Ladder can't be climbed up

Blocker? If you examine the house (while searching for the Ghost Adult memory?), you can be trapped inside.
Details/Steps to Reproduce:
The two houses next to the house where we find Lieuteneant Sigourney, can be entered (even they're locked!).
You can run up the fallen tree and jump on the balcony [Loc: (-222.5, 16.4, -179.0)]
HOUSE 1
1. Now you can enter the house without opening the door (it can't be opened!). You go through the door!
2. Falling down to the ground floor is a trap, the ladder can't be clicked to climb up!

HOUSE 2
The house next can also be reached (Jumping from the highest point of the tree to the balcony!)
Loc: (-207,0, 22,3, -176,3)

1. Now you can enter the house without opening the door (it can't be opened!). You go through the door!
2. You can climb down to the ground floor and climb back by using the ladder! Here it works

--> Falling down the tree from the highest point can't be survived with Health about 275 (Adv.lvl 34)
For the effort an Adventurer has to examine the houses, it would be very nice to find something inside
