    1. To receive the row lot deed we have to enter 'deed'. There is no keyword. (A player should know he can get one?)

    2. The Quest about "Marden" from Captain Kinsey wasn't given to me (offline AND online).
I remember before it was one of the first quests she mentioned to do after using "help".
To get the medicine from Alchemist Ackerley ...

The deed is automatically given to players. You can only have one per account. If you already received it, even if with another character on your account, you can't get it any additional times. Maybe you already collected the deed?

In order to start this quest, you must have first helped Filmore the farmer with his alpha wolf problem. Then say "medicine" to Kinsey.

    1. No, it was another account. I had to write "deed" to receive it. There was no automatism.

    2. Thank you for Filmore Clarification. I finished all quests in Solace Bridge Outskirts before with this new Avatar.
(Got Leather Helm of Love, Banner of Love, Letter for Stanley).

Just at the moment I went back and talked to Kinsey again - this is the dialogue:

Captain Kinsey: Thank you again for all your assistance I don't need any help at the moment.

    Me: marden
Captain Kinsey: Marden's an older fellow who barely made it out of the battle alive.
He's trying to catch up to his wife, who escaped with an earlier group.

    Me: medicine
Captain Kinsey: We have some medicine, but none to spare.

    Me: help
Captain Kinsey: You've done all you can for us, outlander.
Please, take that report to Stanley in Soltown so that Ardoris may learn of what has happened here.

    Me: Filmore
Captain Kinsey: Is he that farmer who sometimes gets us supplies?

    Me: yes
Captain Kinsey: How peculiar of you to say so.
Most people who pass through the swamps are beset upon by highwaymen.

    Me: medicine
Captain Kinsey: Marden, a civilian refugee here in the bivouac,
was critically injured wihile escaping Solace Bridge.
He's got a high fever and I'm worried.
    ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...

I made a note to ask the alchemist for medicine.

That's confusing. I asked her a few times before about Mardan and Medicine.

Couldn't the quest get started by visiting Marden the first time, asking for help (regarding to Kinsey) and after that "flag" Kinsey could provide the keyword "medicine" an tell us to visit the Alchemist Ackerley? :)

@Paladin Michael , I'm checking Kinsey's "medicine" response now and it looks like my initial setup wasn't as solid as I should have made it. Basically, it was randomly picking between two of her responses to start the medicine quest. I just put in a fix for that, however. No issue number this time, because I'm a loose cannon!
