Solace Bridge Outskirts quest help

Hi, I'm stuck at the quest for Sergeant Sedgewick where I need to find 6 feathers from the chickens in a farm to the south east. Does anyone know where the farm is or where I can find 6 feathers? thanks!

Cross the bridge out of camp and head down the path. It will curve to the right and over another bridge. Keep following the road until it branches; take the left path under the arch and you will be approaching the farm.

There are two methods to acquire feathers. You could simply acquire them yourself the old fashioned way, but you might instead converse with the farmer a bit and ask him about what you seek. He will also set you upon another, related, task.
