Solace Bridge Outskirts: Row Lot Deed after finishing ...

    Details/Steps to Reproduce:
    Finished main quests for Outskirts: got the banner and letter for Stanley.

    1. Have to type "deed" to get it - but the word "deed" isn't in the keyword list!
    2. We get - like online -a Player Owned Town (!) rot lot deed
    Well, where shall we place it? *laughing*

    --> this (and also the village deed at the end of Oracle Path) should be a Place Anywhere Deed, I assume :)
