solace outskirts reward/quest bugs

    In the outskirt camp you can not give the quest items to the NPC's. When attempting to give the quest items in a trade window opens and closes immediately without allowing the trade. The NPC seems to acknowledge the completed quest but no trade is allowed and not quest reward is given for completing the quest. The seemly exception to this is the bandit Hartly which i was able to give a heirloom to. Quests involving no trading of quest items seemed to work aka... i received the quest completion and appropriate experience and gold reward.

    Follow up.. Logging out and back in again seems to have corredted the problem! *shrug*

    One of our programmers thinks he finally figure out why the NPC trade windows have been acting up and he's already put in a fix. :D
