Solar flare needs to be balance out..

    I am a Sun spec and at the moment the Solar Flare skill (Level 102 ) Damage is at 43-121 and is too weak to be of any use in a combat deck.. Although it hits multiple targets it is one by one shot and even if you make 6 stack and hit the highest number on the RNG you only get about 400 which rounds out to about 150 with the high level undead ( Mysterious Swam )

    I do about 60 to 120 damage on average to undead in MS .. and its at the bottom of the Sun tree too and it does so little damage that its not far away from my Ice Fist ( level 70 ) Damage is at 55 - 94 and I am not spec at which is at the top of the ice tree !

    Not worth having on the deck at the moment.

    Solar flare is not working very well. It does not do any damage sometimes if player casting it continuously.

    The solar flare on nightmare seems working fine to damage player and doing really high damage. The current solar flare on player is about half damage of searing ray but with a high focus cost. I have already removed it from my deck. In addition, it has no effect for sun specialization. I hope it may apply a sun resistance debuff similar to searing ray for sun specialization.

    I also hope the sun resistance debuff may grow with sun specialization level as it always apply 10 for any level. The current working spells for sun specialization are Enlightenment and Light spell. Other sun spells do not grow normally with sun specialization level.

    I currently have Solar flare at 55 - not specialized in sun - and it's doing very little damage to undead in general and vs. ghosts, little to no damage. Perhaps it's not getting through the ghost's resist? The "extra damage to undead", I don't think is working.

    I'm a sun specialist with level 120 solarflare and I swapped gear around to make it primary and it is -still-useless.
    Does about 1/4th the damage of my banish undead when I put on life wands and I'm not a life specialist.
    I know it hits things 'other than' undead but well, it doesn't hit them for very much.
    I thought perhaps this was intended when I saw that it didn't use any reagents ...I was like fine, its a crap spell, but its cheap so maybe that's the point.
    Now it adds even MORE reagents than banish! So its completely worthless.
    This sort of damage would only be useful if it was a persistent dot effect, really.
    Also, specialization doesn't seem to give this skill anything special.
