1. All post bodies concerning Shroud of the Avatar player to player transactions or services are limited to this section of the forums. Unwanted solicitation in other sections of the forums or via chat or private message is prohibited, and could result in account restriction or ban. Posting more than once per week within your own thread, "bumping" it to keep it on top, bumping within a week of the first post, and daily replacing a post with a new one is also considered spam and is therefore, prohibited. Bumping is allowed once per week, if the new post contains information that is meaningful to the original thread (i.e. price updates).

    Activities that involve real money exchanges between players are not allowed. Account transfers are not supported. Items purchased in the SotA Store, such as Pledge and Bundle Rewards, Add-Ons, Stretch-Goal items, and Player Owned Towns, as well as services that can be immediately fulfilled in-game (such as renting existing in-game property or items) are the only permitted exchanges in the Player Marketplace.

    We will not restrict exchange of goods but we will not officially endorse these exchanges due to liability issues and staffing bandwidth. No in-game or chat based real money exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are at the players own risk and governed by the Terms of Service of whatever third party platform. Catnip Games reserves the right to restrict any activities if they cause widespread issues for our community or if these activities involve exploits of any kind.

    Due to a recent death in the family and the bills that came with it, I am forced to sell my Metropolis.

    I am asking $7500 to assist with the bills and funeral costs. I am willing to go a little lower, but as the money is necessary at this time, I'm not going to accept extremely low-bids. I will also not be accepting Store Credit or trade.

    Current name is Knightmare Falls, and is located at Area: Novia (Novia) Loc: (72.5, 18.7, 240.5). However, once ownership has changed, you can move the town, change the name, and change the biome.

    Player Owned Towns: POT Trades, POT Rewards, and Service Vouchers
    Metropolis

    You will receive all the Lot Markers, NPCs, NPC buildings, Misc Items, and Devotionals. I probably have more than what is standard as I have been buying them to increase my town. They're all yours.

    Because I was not actually intending to sell this, I do not have all the Add-on Store "choose your own home" bags. I've used them or traded them to improve my POT.

    To make up for that loss, I will throw in the following:

    *NOTE* I have not prepared the town for a sale, as this was sudden and unexpected. As such, it is still set up as a running town. Once the sale has been made, you will be CC'ed on the email to Customer Support requesting the transfer. After that, I will provide you with all currently unplaced items, and ask that you give me a week to inform my current residents of the change, and empty the town. Once the POT has been emptied, I will transfer the remaining items to you, and grant you Stewardship to mess around as you will.
