(Soltown) Arabella does not react to completed quest

    Title: Arabella does not react to completed quest

    Details: In Soltown, and I assume the other locations you can meet Arabella again, she does not recognize that you have finished the Path of the Oracle and earned the Shroud of the Avatar. She still acts as though you have not yet completed the quest. She should know, she was there.
