    If you don't tell him your name, i.e: "my name is xxx" - he will simply refer to you as 'name', instead of outlander or avatar, etc.

    Saying 'name' he will just introduce himself, but not prompt you for yours.

    I.e: "Hello again, name. Thanks for the key ..."

    This is resolved if you introduce yourself, "My name is xxxx".
