Soltown: Stanley doesn't realize Avatar delivered notes to Cugel

    Details:possibly an issue with quest flags not properly set for my Avatar.
    Stanley does not recognize the Avatar having delivered his notes to Cugel. Instead he asks the Avatar to hurry.
    My journal shows that I handed the note to Cugel and his (non)reaction.

    User Specs:
    OS: Mac OS X 10.11.6
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 16384
    GPU: AMD Radeon R9 M295X OpenGL Engine GPU RAM: 4096
    SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.OSX.64.513.Date.06.26.17
