[Solved] Release 74 - Cannot create multiple/play characters in Online mode anymore

    In Online mode (Open/Party/Private) the option "Select Avatar" to select or create a new additional character is missing from the menu.
    Why I do not see this option anymore?
    In offline mode this option is still available

    on my main account which has extra character slots from my pledge level, the button shows. on my alt account which only has one character slot, the button does not show. apparently the game thinks the account you are signing in with only has one character slot. if your account has extras, either from your pledge (virtual collector or higher) or from the store, you should email support@portalarium.com to find out why they're not showing up.

    In online play there is only a single character slot. That is intended. For $5 you can buy an extra character slot.

    Offline mode has - I think - unlimited character slots.

    As noted above, does this resolve your issue, or do you have a pledge with multiple slots, or have you purchased additional character slots that no longer appear?

    Yes, this resolves my issue. I have no purchaed additional character purchased yet. Which brings me to another question:
    Can this be done by another purchase the rewards program $9 / month or is this $9 offer only valid for one account (which i already have purchased for this main account)? Thanks in advance

    a second character slot is a purchase from the website, but not related to the subscription program. to my knowledge, you can only have one subscription per account, no matter how many slots you have on it.

    (if you want an entirely seperate character, you can make a new free account. having a second slot on the same account instead just gives you some convenience because lots and banks are shared between them, but having two seperate accounts means you can get two sets of subscription rewards.)

    (this question should have been another thread: it's not a bug, and definitely not a critical one.)
